Shipping destinations

We ship internationally to almost all countries.

Where orders ship from

Orders ship from our warehouses in the United States, United Kingdom, Singapore, or China.

Dispatch time

Please allow 2–3 business days for your order to be dispatched.

Estimated delivery and tracking

Depending on your location, estimated delivery takes 7–30 days. This is an estimate, not a guaranteed delivery date. We will send your tracking number once your order has shipped.

Delivery signature

A signature is not required for delivery.

International customs, duties, and taxes

As noted in our FAQ, international orders may be subject to import taxes, duties, and customs charges when the shipment reaches the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient. We cannot predict the specific amount. Contact your local customs office for information about your country's customs policies. Your local carrier may be able to advise on accepted payment methods for charges collected at delivery.

Cancellation requests

Most items are processed within 6–8 hours. If you wish to cancel your order, please send us a message through the Contact Us page as soon as possible. A cancellation request does not guarantee that the order can be canceled once dispatched.
